This small trick can get you through those times when you don’t feel like it

We all go through our own peaks and troughs. That’s inevitable. You’re going to have times where you’re really high energy and you feel like it, and it comes easy. And there’s going to be times when you don’t, and part of really growing, part of being a leader, part of being a winner is figuring out what it is going to take for you to take action, even when you don’t feel like it. And sometimes not feeling like it has a lot to do with not remembering, in the moment, why it matters or what’s going to make the difference.
